My name is Eric Habib and I am currently working as a graduate in chemistry at Université de Montréal. I decided to start this blog to talk about some of my hobbies, which include much tinkering – in electronics, chemistry, elementary construction at home, and lots of cooking – as well as some science education and opinion, and games.
I hope there will be sufficient interest here to justify continuing to write it. People around me and on Facebook seem primarily interested in my cooking experiments, so I will try to document what I do so that other people can try it and improve upon it so that we all get better food.
If there are topics in science (my specializations are chemistry and biochemistry) that are relevant, or that you would like me to talk about, simply write me and I try to comment on it.
